At Velmukha, we are committed to delivering your sacred spiritual treasures (Rudraksha, Karungali, Murugan Vel/Kappu, and other divine products) safely, promptly, and with devotion.

Standard Shipping Time

Within Tamil Nadu: 3–9 business days

Rest of India: 3–9 business days

Note: During peak festival seasons (Thai Pusam, Panguni Uthiram, Aadi, Navaratri, Diwali, Pongal, etc.), delivery may take an additional 1–2 business days due to increased order volume. We will keep you informed through WhatsApp and email.

Express Delivery (Tamil Nadu Only)

Need your order faster?

We now offer Express Delivery for eligible orders.

  • Available only within Tamil Nadu

  • Estimated Delivery: 1–3 business days

  • Express Delivery Charge: ₹160

  • Available only for Prepaid Orders

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for Express Delivery.

Express Delivery availability depends on your PIN code and courier serviceability.

Prepaid Orders

Prepaid orders are processed on priority.

Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

For customers within Tamil Nadu, you may choose:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–9 business days (Free)

  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (₹160)

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD orders usually require 3–8 working days for delivery.

COD is available only for selected locations.

To confirm your order and reduce fake bookings, a partial advance payment of ₹149 is required during checkout. The remaining balance can be paid in cash at the time of delivery.

Note: The ₹149 advance payment is adjusted against your total order value and is not an additional charge.

Free Standard Delivery

Free Standard Delivery is available on all prepaid orders with no minimum order value.

Customers who require faster shipping may select Express Delivery (₹160) during checkout (Tamil Nadu only).

We ship through Shiprocket, one of India's trusted logistics platforms.

Courier partners may include:

  • Delhivery

  • Ecom Express

  • Blue Dart

  • DTDC

  • XpressBees

  • Other regional courier partners based on your delivery location.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent via WhatsApp and email.

Standard Delivery

  • Prepaid Orders: FREE

  • COD Orders: Standard shipping as applicable

Express Delivery

  • Available only in Tamil Nadu

  • Prepaid Orders Only

  • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days

  • Charge: ₹160

Redelivery Charges

If delivery fails because of:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailable after two delivery attempts

  • Incorrect contact details

A redelivery charge of ₹100–₹200 may apply depending on your location and courier partner.

Delivery Conditions & Responsibility

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including:

  • Full Address

  • Landmark

  • PIN Code

  • Mobile Number

Velmukha is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information or customer unavailability.

If your parcel appears damaged, tampered with, or opened, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately with photographs. We will investigate and arrange a replacement wherever applicable.

Every product is carefully inspected, blessed, and securely packed before dispatch.

Important Information

  • Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday.

  • No dispatches on Sundays or major public holidays.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier disruptions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
